Hi My name is Chris

I’m someone who was so frustrated living in a broken, unwinnable system & through a lot of mistakes I found my way through

I became passionate about what freedom truly meant and how to achieve it.

My Mission now is to help guide others into expanded states of freedom, emotionally, financially, practically & soulfully.

My Journey:

As a young child I underwent some tests and what they told me was that my brain worked slightly differently to others, I would see the end first. As in my mind see’s the end of the story instead of following the rational process.

This thinking plagued me my whole life, as I would see what the solution should be but in tests and to others it would seem irrational and not well explained.

I spent a long time of my life unable to understand why we did things the way we did. I could not understand why we didn’t focus on what I saw as important, expressing love to each other or focusing on differences, I eventually had to numb this down in order to just accept what others believed to avoid being misunderstood all the time.

Now in my life I recognise this not as a problem but as something that has value.

So for a lot of my life I felt I was wrong and then later that the system is wrong and broken

(Later I came to the realisation that the system is exactly the way it is because I/WE designed it that way.)

I grew up in Johannesburg one of the most restricted places on earth, where black and white, rich and poor and every kind of separation could exist between people does exist.

I felt so disconnected from everyone, and this dangerous world out there kept me afraid, kept me limited.
Everyone around me seemed to be totally accepting of this.. while I shut down and just hid.

I drank alcohol to forget, I chased women to forget all very easily accepted by society.

I obviously realised there were things wrong with me and I went on a journey to try “fix” them. I did a lot of different modalities, Ayahuasca being one of the most impactful towards the Truth and talk therapy being one of the least.

The thing is once you go deep enough down the healing game, you might realise a truth. That everyone is fucked. No one is really healed and its a process

You will realise the truth of this reality.

That everything here is set up to make you believe you are limited & make you forget a Truth

A Truth, that we are actually an unlimited infinite being and this is an illusion.

And in order to be in this reality, we have to forget that, if we remember the game is up

I learnt that we can overcome many issues in our lives if we

For much of my life I have been seeking a way to live fully, to feel connected, successful and loved and so many parts of me have restricted myself and I vowed to understand this dynamic.

These parts made me shape myself around what others needed me to be: successful, fun, and agreeable. Making all the “right” decisions, ignoring the emotional parts deep down. Numbing them with alcohol to get along, then stricken with guilt because of it. I was stuck in my head, constantly analyzing, avoiding conflict, and overfunctioning in relationships. Always giving more than I had, never truly letting people in.

Beneath the surface, these parts were trying to get something .

Relationships triggered that longing the most. I wanted intimacy, but didn’t know how to stay open. Initially I avoided them and used sex as a substitute to try cover difficult feelings, to boost my ego and porn to get out of my head and into my body. Relationships I went into had so many parts involved creating expectations on each other.

Talk therapy helped me understand the story but didn’t shift the pattern. Ceremonies brought glimpses of freedom but left me without tools I could live by.

Then, at a men’s retreat, something changed.

I heard a man share how he learned to stop living from his “pleaser.” How he could embody both care and selfishness and choose which part to act from. He wasn’t performing wholeness. He was living it.

He introduced me to Voice Dialogue, a method of working with inner parts. Not just conceptually, but somatically and relationally. I began sessions with a practitioner focused on sexual polarity and shame. We explored the part of me that compulsively sought sexual gratification, and beneath it, the part of me that was frozen. A younger self carrying deep shame and fear around expressing his sexuality. That child just wanted to feel free and loved.

In session, I spoke from that place. Felt it in my body. And something in me shifted.

I learned how to meet the parts of me I had rejected. Not to fix them, but to listen to them. To find the Aware Ego, a place in the center where I could witness, feel, and choose instead of reacting.

That moment changed my life. Not all at once, but it gave me a process. A way to work with my patterns instead of being ruled by them.

Since then, I’ve met many parts of myself. The pleasing boy. The protective critic. The instinctual man. The devoted lover. The visionary creator. I’ve learned how to bring their wisdom into my relationships, my work, my life.

This work taught me how to communicate. How to express what I feel without projecting it. It’s helped me stop personalizing every reaction and start taking responsibility for what’s truly alive beneath it.

It’s made me a better partner, a better son, and eventually, I know, a better father.

Because when we can hold space for all the parts of ourselves, we can hold space for others. Including our children.

Voice Dialogue gave me the language, the tools, and the embodiment practice to live more whole and free.

That’s why I do what I do now.

After years of training under Robert Stamboliev, the man who brought this method to Europe, and reading every book by Hal and Sidra Stone, I’ve completed extensive practitioner training and facilitated hundreds of sessions.

Today, I guide others in reconnecting with the wisdom inside them. To stop performing and start living. With awareness, choice, and love..

ABOUT ME

Hi My name is Chris

I’m someone who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives.

I realised that I was the one creating all the issues in my life, they were not some issue out there or my parents fault or the systems fault. I could choose my response to situations.

The thing therefore in my ” way” were my own beliefs, my own thoughts and the patterns I adopted and learnt.

I realised by addressing the root of this I could stop projecting and start choosing.

There were parts of me that enjoyed suffering, that enjoyed the narratives, that enjoyed victimhood.

I vowed at this point to figure out a way to
