Discovering the Many Parts within.

Have you ever found yourself saying, “A part of me wants this, but another part of me isn’t so sure”?
Inner Parts Work takes that truth seriously and helps you live with more clarity, choice, and inner harmony.

What is Inner Parts Work & Voice Dialogue?

They are a transformative method of inner work that gives voice to the many different parts or “selves” within us. Voice Dialogue was Developed by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone, and further expanded in Europe by Robert Stamboliev, it offers a profound yet accessible way to explore your inner world.

Each of us is made up of many inner characters. You might recognize some of them:

  • The Inner Critic who always wants you to do better

  • The Pleaser who tries to keep everyone happy

  • The Responsible One who always steps up

  • The Rebel who doesn’t want to follow anyone’s rules

  • The Inner Child who just wants to play or be held

These parts develop over time, often to protect us or help us succeed. But sometimes they take over, running our lives in ways that don’t serve us anymore.

Voice Dialogue helps you get to know these parts, not by analyzing them, but by giving them space to speak.

Inner Parts work is my version of Voice Dialogue blended with other techniques for somatic release and subconscious reprogramming  but essentially follows the same transformative process as Voice dialogue along with the intention of deepening through our parts to reach the centre.

How Does It Work?

In a Voice Dialogue session, you don’t just talk about your inner parts, you speak from them. I, as your facilitator, guide you in safely embodying one part at a time. We shift your position physically as you move into each voice, creating space to hear their story, their perspective, and their feelings.

We might begin by speaking to your Perfectionist, then later meet the part of you that’s tired of trying so hard. You might discover the part of you that longs for softness or connection one that hasn’t had a voice in a very long time.

This is not about fixing or getting rid of any part. Every voice developed for a reason, and every voice has wisdom. When we listen without judgment, something extraordinary happens: these parts start to relax. The system reorganizes. And you, the conscious center, become freer to choose.

The Role of the Conscious Ego

At the heart of Voice Dialogue is the emergence of what the Stones call the Aware Ego, a deeper, more conscious self that can hold space for all the inner voices without becoming any one of them.

Instead of being caught in the Pleaser or ruled by the Inner Critic, you become the one who listens, who feels, and who chooses.

This inner center is not cold or neutral, it is deeply human. It’s the place from which we can embrace our vulnerability, our instincts, our joy, our anger, and our wisdom… all without being overwhelmed by them.

My Journey with Voice Dialogue

When I first encountered Voice Dialogue, I was caught in patterns that looked good on the outside but left me feeling hollow inside. I was “doing all the right things,” but something essential my instinctual truth, my deep emotional honesty had gone underground.

Through this work, I met the parts of myself I had banished: the one who could cry, the one who could express rage, the one who didn’t want to perform. I also met the parts that had kept me safe: the Strategic Mind, the Performer, the Inner Achiever.

And I discovered something profound these voices were not enemies. They were me. And when I learned to listen, a new kind of wholeness began to emerge.

What Can Inner Parts Work Help With?

  • Breaking old patterns that feel “stuck”

  • Navigating inner conflict (“a part of me wants to leave… another part is scared”)

  • Reclaiming forgotten or suppressed parts of yourself

  • Deepening your relationships by becoming more conscious of your triggers and boundaries

  • Cultivating inner balance between strength and vulnerability, structure and flow

Ready to Meet Your Inner Cast?

If you’re curious about your own inner voices and ready to explore them with curiosity, compassion, and clarity I’d be honored to guide you.

Inner Parts work is not therapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic. It’s not performance, but it can be deeply expressive. And it’s not about becoming someone new but remembering who you already are.
